I was scrolling on Instagram the other day and I found myself feeling some type of way as I looked at my blogger friends and my business friends and where I perceived their life to be. That comparison monster reared its ugly head.
We all deal with this on social media. We get caught up in what we see others posting that we find ourselves comparing our lives to what we think we should have. Instead of focusing on what we're doing, we focus on what others are doing and procrastinating instead of working towards our goals.
