You've been working hard towards your goals, tuning out distractions and getting ish done. Waking up early and staying up late, eating healthy and going to the gym four times a week. In spite of all your hard efforts, you aren't seeing results. It's frustrating and makes you want to quit.

So often we expect things to happen overnight. When we don't see things change the way we want them to change, it makes us weary. It took me nine years to see some results from my acting career. NINE years! During that time, I was tempted to quit often, but I learned a few things to keep me going. I'm no expert, but with all of the rejection I've faced and all the time it took me to accomplish some of my dreams, I've learned how to bounce back.
