Episode No. 84 Staying Grounded In The Midst Of Chaos

It's a lot going on right now. Like, a lot a lot.  Turn on the news or hop on social media and everyone is in a panic. Rightfully so. Between politics and viruses, the 'ish is sorta kinda hitting the fan. You know what else is hitting the fan? My anxiety. And with everything that's going on my guess is that you might be feeling a little anxious too. So how do you stay grounded in the midst of chaos? To be honest it's pretty tough. But here are a few things that have helped me calm down + remain hopeful during these turbulent times. My hope is that they can help you out too.
