Have you ever had a period when you just felt completely off? Like maybe a few weeks have gone by, and you haven't felt like yourself? Perhaps you're a little more cranky than usual. Or you're exhausted, and no matter the amount of sleep you get, you still don't feel rested. Conversations with friends are a complete drag? Well, when was the last time you've sat still and tuned into your body? What do your mind, body, and soul need more of, and how can you give it to yourself? In today's #QuickTip, I'm challenging you to take a moment this week to tune into your body and figure out what it is asking from you. Maybe it's more water, less screen time, or perhaps a deeper connection with loved ones. You won't know unless you tap in.
