That feeling you are experiencing, my friend, is called the Sunday Scaries. It's anticipatory anxiety that happens when you realize that the weekend is officially over. Getting slammed with the Sunday Scaries sucks big time because they take a big chunk of your weekend away from you. You're so busy worrying about Monday that you don't get the chance to enjoy all of your Sunday. Enough already!
