The beginning of the new year can be the toughest for us #GoalGetters. Why? Because we want to do all the things and we want to do them NEOOOOWW! We want to eliminate debt, go back to school, learn a new language, start a podcast, switch careers, pick up a hobby, train for a marathon and the list goes on and on and on.

And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with having big dreams and being ambitious af, the problem is that we often bite off way more than we can chew. We commit to fifty-eleven goals and then wind up getting completely overwhelmed by them. The third week of January rolls around and you're already burnt the hell out and ready to quit.

So how the hell do you make your big dreams happen without hitting a wall and throwing in the towel? Well, it all begins with making a realistic game plan for the next 12 weeks. In today’s episode, we’re getting crystal clear about what we really want. And we're going to figure out how to create a practical action plan that will have you accomplishing more in 12 weeks than most people do in a whole year.
