The day is winding down and now it's finally time to get ready for bed. You're trying your hardest to relax but you can't because everything that popped off earlier today won't let you. You're worried about:

  • the bills that went unpaid

  • stressed about the hours that were cut at work

  • overwhelmed with the unfair pressure your boss keeps putting on you

  • whether or not you're a good parent because you cussed the kids out earlier

  • scared because business isn't booming like it used to
