As you probably have noticed The Sunday Jumpstart Podcast + NoRealJewelry was recently on a month-long hiatus. That's right I didn't create any new content during the entire month of July. Why? Well because your girl was completely BURNED OUT!  Which is hard to admit because I am all about that #DreamChasing life. I have Oprah sized goals so I don't mind rolling up my sleeves to get dirty doing the dream work. But I overdid it and hustled so hard I wore myself out. So I had to press pause and get quiet so that I could take care of myself, reconnect with my why and strategize the next steps I want to take in my life and business.

Now before I went completely off the internet grid I noticed that a few of bosses that I admire were also stepping back to take a breather from the non-stop grind. Grace Bonney of In The Company of Women* + Good Company Magazine* made her summer hiatus announcement after we chatted about needing a break over on Twitter.

And it wasn't just Grace and I that felt the need to retreat. It was NY Times Best Seller Luvvie Ajayi, famed chef Nigella Lawson, and media Maven Necole Kane  ( to name a few) that also said they were taking the summer off because they were burned out.

Burn out is clearly real ( even the heavy hitters are tapping out) so I thought it'd do us all some good if we sat down and talked about it.  So In today's episode of The Sunday Jumpstart Podcast, we're getting real about suffering from burnout + how to overcome it.
